THREAD
THREAD is our core leadership program that draws on the principles of three leadership to deliver leadership insight and development that is personalised, relevant and impactful.
THREAD begins with a diagnostic that helps individuals make sense of ‘who they are’ and what they bring to their role as a leader.
The scope of the diagnostic can vary depending on specific client needs but as a minimum we recommend a combination of personality and behavioural assessments (e.g., 360 assessments) to help leaders understand their current behaviour and the tendencies that may influence current and future behaviour. For a more holistic and comprehensive diagnostic, leaders can also examine elements such as values, health and well-being, and career aspirations.
The key is to help leaders make sense of these insights, rather than simply undertaking a series of assessment for the ‘sake of assessment’. This can be done through well structured and thoughtful individual and/or group feedback processes.
This is also where context comes in to play. What are leaders being asked to do or what are they asking of themselves? Three Leadership offers individual and group processes that help leaders clarify and articulate their business and personal priorities. We use a series of exercises to draw out critical leadership imperatives and personal leadership statements and aspirations.
With an understanding of context, leaders are better placed to understand the implication of their diagnostics and insights. This allows them to formulate a deeply personalised and relevant plan to develop and manage key skills and behaviours.
These programs can be delivered for individuals or groups. For groups, they are particularly powerful when leaders are embarking on their first leadership role or transitioning from one level to the next. They are also very useful when the organisation is embarking on a new and different business priority as they allow leaders to examine their personal readiness for the new challenges. They can also be useful for high potential groups that are being accelerated towards more senior leadership roles.
For leaders, this program can help leaders better understand why their current approach to leadership may or may not be working and importantly what they can do to change, moderate or manage their leadership behaviour. As such it can be used to support individual coaching interventions.
For both group and individual programs, we recommend a 90-day program that includes a diagnostic, feedback process, foundation setting session and a series of follow up sessions where leaders explore progress and discuss challenges and opportunities.

PIVOT is a series of programs designed to address common leadership topics such as emotional and social intelligence, business judgement, and communication.
